In-Game Account & Progress: We do not collect or store passwords. When you start the game, we generate a random unique identifier (GUID) for your device. If you choose to link your account to a cloud service (e.g., Google Play Games or Apple Game Center), we associate your progress with your Cloud ID. We store your in-game progress, scores, and inventory on our secure servers to ensure your data is synchronized across sessions.

The overall information is collected to improve gameplay, provide advertising and analytics, and ensure app stability.

12. In-Game Chat Features (Global and Clan Chat)

Our games may feature both Global Chat and Clan Chat systems for in-game communication.

  • Explicit Consent: Access to the Global Chat requires your explicit consent in-game. You must accept the chat rules and guidelines before viewing or participating in the global channel.
  • User Controls (Opt-Out): You have full control over your chat experience. You can close, disable, or hide the chat entirely at any time through the in-game settings.
  • Message Visibility: * Global Chat: Messages are visible to all players currently active in the global channel.
    • Clan Chat: Messages are strictly limited and visible only to members of the same clan.
  • Moderation & Safety: To maintain a safe environment, offensive language is automatically filtered. Clan leaders also have the authority to remove players from their clans.
  • Retention Policy: Chat messages are stored temporarily on our servers. The most recent messages remain visible until they are replaced by new ones.
  • Data Usage: Chat logs are not used for advertising purposes, nor are they shared with any third-party marketing services.

By using the chat features, you agree to these practices and assume responsibility for the content you share in public or clan channels.

Our Services do not target individuals under 13.

  • How to Request: You may request data deletion by contacting us at support@medugame.com with your in-game identifier (GUID).
  • Process: Upon a valid request, we will permanently remove all data associated with your GUID or Cloud ID from our servers within 30 days.
  • Note: If your account is linked to a third-party cloud service (e.g., Google Play Games), deleting your data from our servers will unbind your progress, and it cannot be recovered.
